Snow Queen Christine designed her dream gown. The train detached and hooked to a fur trimmed hood to make a cape for her grand entrance into her reception. She started only with a rough sketch and a description for me!

Camille's dream gown was originally intended to be worn for an exotic resort beach wedding and the design was sleeveless at first. Then plans changed to include her family at her wedding, in Pennsylvania, in January, and so she decided to add the sleeves. The "bare back" is actually a skin tone lining under the chiffon, allowing her to wear the necessary undergarments, but give that see through impression. The embroidery was customized from a picture she brought me.

Candy's gown is one of the first with my "built in bra." With this bare and low cut back, there was no way to wear a bra!

Shaping in the design cut, stiffening and underwires in the lining gave plenty of support once the straps were laced up in the back.

Long distance bride below, who refers to herself as "Cinder-Kellie,"  in her wedding attire, is modelling her design. Her gown was designed through the internet! Kellie found my website, and seeing Christine's gown above, called me. We designed her gown through the mail, she sent me a picture, I sent her my sketches, material swatches and a measurement chart. Using her measurements, I set my dress form to her size. She was able to come for a final fitting and to pick up her gown, but it could have been sent to her and altered by a local seamstress if necessary.

Shari's unique beach wedding called for an equally unique gown! She brought me a picture of a gown with the ties in the back and another picture of the neckline. She knew she wanted it to be a white sheath with the low cut back, those were her ideas. We put it all together and this is it!

custom a1.jpgcustom b.jpgWhat better testimonial than my own custom dream gown! Two years after I started the business, I became a bride myself. I would have never found a gown with everything I wanted, so I created it!

Although I no longer do the Bridesmaids, I can't resist showing this party. This had to be the most fun and creative Bridesmaid's dress design I did through the years!

The tops were plaid taffeta. The skirts were just crepe & were actually easily worn again.

This romantic gown is one of the many Bridals I did this year without trains for smaller weddings. Her design is based on an old world look, complete with the long flowing sleeves. The gown is of Ivory chiffon, with the embroidery in a beige.

Jessica's gown shows the detailed embroidery I am able to do to a gown. Her gown consists of a chiffon jacket over a plain a-line gown. The top of the jacket and sleeves are heavily embroidered and beaded. Smaller embroidered details show throughout the jacket.

Design Your Dream Bridal Gown!

I can design your gown from photos, drawings, or just a description, which I would make a sketch from to make sure we are thinking the same. I can get the same materials used by the designers and many unique fabrics as well. I also now have the capabilities to do embroidery on bridal gown materials, if that is of interest to you. If you are ordering through the internet, I can send material swatches and lace samples to you.

After the design is decided and the material selected, I can quote you a definite price, which will only change if you add something to your gown. Then I will measure you, or have you send detailed measurements to me if you are not local. If you are local, I will have you in for several fittings.  If not, all the fitting will be done to my dress form. If you are able to make the trip for a final fitting, I can usually do the alterations necessary that day and send it home with you! If not I can ship it to you and you will need to have a local seamstress alter it. Usually my gowns only need a little taken in at the bust, waist, maybe hips or shoulders for a better fit. The gowns are made "alteration friendly" so it will be easy for any seamstress to accomplish.

Ideas? Something modern like a one shouldered gown, or short, or two piece with a bare midriff? Something with a theme like Midevil, or Victorian, or Winter, or Beach?
